The ATSEA-2 Project is seeking an Individual Consultant to develop the ATS SAP Monitoring System. The consultant will be responsibility of creating a regional ATS SAP monitoring system, including the implementation of a reporting procedure. Moreover, the consultant will be responsible for training key M&E personnel at both national and regional levels, overseeing the pilot testing and refinement of the monitoring system, presenting the system to the Regional Steering Committee (RSC) for review and adoption, and incorporating feedback from the RSC to finalise the monitoring and reporting system.
