Chlorophyll-a Distribution on West Season in ATS Region
The data was analyzed from Aqua MODIS, Level-2 OC monthly mean in 0.04o (~4-km) spatial resolution. The data was processed in the west monsoon season (December-January-February) 2021 and only covers the ATS region area. The algorithm used in MODIS data represents the near-surface concentration of chlorophyll-a in mg m-3, calculated using empirical relationship derived from in situ measurements of chlorophyll-a and blue to green band ratios of in situ remote sensing reflectance.
