Kolepom Island Marine Protected Area (MPA) is located off the coast of Kolepom, or ‘Dolok’ Island, which is part of Merauke Regency, South Papua Province. Indonesia’s Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries (MMAF) enacted this MPA through Ministerial Decree No.5 year 2023 on 5 January 2023. The MPA covers 356,337.90 Ha of ocean surrounding one
